Solution Architect

About

You will be fully integrated into our client’s remote engineering team operations and dynamics.

Product: Cybersecurity platform that provides round-the-clock protection to businesses and their customers

You will work as the key interface between development teams, QA, Operations, Pre-Sales, Sales, and enterprise Telco/ISP customers, translating technical requirements into end-to-end deliverables and ensuring the successful integration of our cybersecurity platform into complex network environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of solution systems, including detailed documentation
• Collaborate with the technical teams of telecom operators to define integrations and solutions
• Drive integration efforts and develop cutting-edge solutions to meet customer needs
• Support sales calls and tenders as the lead technical resource for complex requirements
• Communicate the technical capabilities of our products compared to competitors
• Work with product teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and Change Requests within budget and scope
• Evaluate new technologies to meet evolving product and customer needs
• Define and assess Change Requests for existing installations

What you bring

• 7+ years in a technical, client-facing role (Solution Architect, Systems Engineer, Technical Consultant).
• Strong knowledge of internet protocols with hands-on DNS experience (Resolvers / Authoritative).
• Telco IP & Core Network expertise in areas such as Packet Core (GGSN/SGSN/PGW/SGW/HLR/DPI/PCRF/EPG), HLR/HSS, SS7, Diameter, 2G–5G, MPLS/VPN/BGP, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers.
• Experience with mobile and fixed data core integration.Knowledge of virtualization (VMware), storage systems (SAN/FC/iSCSI), and Linux-based environments.
• Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/OpenStack), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and SQL/NoSQL databases.Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Fluent English; German, Spanish, or French is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
